Sales Tax on Invoices  

Aatrix Software, LLC will start collecting U.S. sales taxes on customer invoices beginning September 2024.  

• Sales taxes will be automatically calculated on taxable products/services based on individual state tax requirements. 

• If your company is eligible for sales tax exemption, please follow the directions below.

Eligible for Tax Exemption?  

If your company is eligible for sales tax exemption on otherwise taxable purchases from Aatrix, please submit an exemption certificate for our records. 

• Exemption certificates should be submitted in PDF format to AatrixExemptCerts@sovos.com.
• All certificates must be filled out completely. Where required, they must identify the vendor as Aatrix Software, LLC, and include the date and signature.  
• Any missing or incomplete information may cause sales tax to be billed on future orders.
