Aatrix eFile Center
Aatrix's Single-Point eFile Center™ allows your customers to eFile any of the supported State & Federal payroll reports to one location for processing.
Once the customer has reviewed the form, they simply select eFile and the information is sent directly to the Aatrix Payroll eFile Center. The customer will receive confirmation that the file was received via email. Going paperless has never been easier!
Small Business HR Forms
Aatrix now offers a comprehensive set of forms for employee and payroll management. Over 80 Human Resource and Payroll management forms. This includes a fully customizable employee manual.
Forms are automatically filled in with company information, as well as the information for the selected employee. Completed forms are saved in a local directory that is encrypted and date/time stamped by employee. Any report can be retrieved by form type or employee as needed for annual reviews, enrollment periods, disciplinary actions, unemployment hearings, or any other needs.
The best way to avoid costly unemployment claims and other employee-related liabilities is record and provide proper documentation. Virtually any form you need to provide documentation for every aspect of employee relations and payroll management, as well as a fully customizable employee handbook, are available.
HR Forms are completely customizable to fit the needs of every company. Company Logos can be added to the top of the forms. Pre Hire, New Hire, Probation, & Termination packets come pre-bundled for convenience, but can be modified.
