The benchmark that has been the highlight of our surveys has always been the willingness of our customers to recommend Aatrix to others.
96.4% of Aatrix customers said they would recommend the Aatrix eFile Service to a friend or colleague.
The primary customers of the Aatrix filing service are small businesses. 99% of the customers who responded to the 2024 survey had 1,000 or fewer employees.
More than 60% filed more than one type of year-end form.
To further understand our customer’s experience during the filing process, we asked the following questions:

- 93% agreed that the eFile prices are affordable.
- 97% agreed that the Aatrix Support team was helpful.
- 98% agreed the W-2 process was easy to understand.
- 99% agreed that their Employees received their W-2s in a timely fashion.
- 98% agreed the 1099 process was easy to understand.
- 98% agreed that their Recipients (Vendors) received their 1099s in a timely fashion.
- 93% agreed the 1095 ACA process was easy to understand.
- 97% agreed that their Employees received their ACA 1095s in a timely fashion.
