Aatrix now hosts Employee W-2s on a secured website for instant access for your employees anytime. This feature has been added to the Complete W-2 eFile Service at no charge and is the backbone of the NEW Express W-2 eFile Service.

Aatrix conducted its annual survey of our eFile customers following the W-2 filing period in January and February of 2007. The following is a summary of the results and the percentage of those respondents that would recommend this service to others went up to 94%.

Select the W-2 form within your software. After confirming your W2 information is correct, click eFile and follow the simple instructions.

You will receive an email immediately upon the receipt of the filing. The email will contain a unique confirmation id# and the anticipated date that your employees W2s will be mailed.

Payment is made via a major credit card at the time of the filing.

All of your companies W2s are stored in a history file on your computer. You can view and print any W2 as needed.

Aatrix does not file fed or state copies until their respective due dates. In most cases if the revised W2 is re-eFiled by March 28th, Aatrix will simply update your account to reflect the revised information.

Yes. With the Complete Service you can have printed W-2s delivered to some of your employees and others receive them online only. Employees receiving a printed W-2 will be billed at the complete service rate, and those choosing to receive them online only will be billed at the Express W-2 Service rate. This is a great way to further reduce the cost of processing your W-2s.

Those employees with email addresses will receive this information via email. The Payroll Administrator at your business will have access to all passwords from the history file created during the eFiling process.

Yes. For $0.20/employee Aatrix will host your employee copies and provide your Payroll Administrator with a list of passwords.

Not at this time. The Express W-2 Service includes federal and state filings as well as online delivery of employee W-2s. You may choose the Express Service and ALL of your employee copies will be hosted online.
